We loved this restaurant, particularly for the food. It’s a new one, only open 4 months, and we only picked it because the place we planned to go was full and this one didn’t have a view, but it was wonderful. We dined upstairs, under the stars, but noticed awnings perhaps for sunshine or rain. The decoration is very modern and stylish, and the food was superb. Only problem was the serving sizes were enormous so we didn’t have room for dessert. The menu is quite similar to all the other restaurants we went to in Croatia, but the chef seems to pay particular attention to the spices. The waiter was very friendly and relaxed.
To find it, go to the front of Hvar Cathedral (St Spiridon). Facing the cathedral, go to your right (up the hill that has the fort on it) up an alleyway just inside the old city walls. It has a big Passarola sign outside.
